Mason was our realtor for both the sale of our house in Carlsbad and the purchase of our new home in Carlsbad, and I can’t recommend him enough. He found us an off-market buyer who came in above asking before we even listed the house; a result we’re still amazed by. On the purchase side, he respectfully pushed us toward a house that turned out to be exactly what we were looking for, within our target price range, even when we were resistant for no good reason. Now that we’ve moved in, we’re so grateful he did. Mason was patient with our indecision for over a year, always responsive, and a great listener who genuinely understood what we wanted.
